The Asteras Max olive harvester is a pulsating machine with 2 heads and 48 carbon fiber rods. The unique arrangement of the carbon fibers, combined with the wide-range balanced pulsating motion, achieves maximum performance without any damage to the tree.
THE HEAD
The ASTERAS MAX is 100% Greek-made with a patented mechanism of our own invention, which is an olive harvester with eccentric counterweights made of T8 aluminum
- 48 carbon fiber rods,
- 2 eccentric T8 aluminum counterweights
Building upon our company’s best seller, the ASTERAS CF, we further enhanced it by adding an extra rod holder with 8 rods for maximum harvesting range and even greater efficiency. The unique arrangement of the rods, combined with the flexibility and penetration of the head, results in the ultimate tool for olive harvesting.
THE MOTOR
- Equipped with BOSCH DC electric motor 400W, delivering 2000 pulsating movements per minute at 16V
- Includes ON-OFF switch 35A and a reducer converting head motion to pulsating movement
- Also operates with a car battery (WITH CONVERTER ADDITION), with consumption of 10–12 A/HOUR
- Comes with a 13-meter cable
